At Resurrection Preschool, we focus on the development of the whole child. The social, emotional, academic, and spiritual growth of the child is fostered in a loving and safe environment. Children are provided with a variety of learning experiences through which they can play, explore, and engage in their environment. Resurrection Preschool prepares the children for the Standards of the Poway Unified School District with developmentally appropriate activities. The children will be offered opportunities such as art, gardening, cooking, music, story time, etc., to enhance their learning experiences and allow them to explore their talents and interests. Resurrection Preschool is in a new preschool building on a picturesque 3-acre campus in the heart of Poway. The campus is surrounded by beautiful landscape with ample room for the children to play.

We are committed to providing a high quality preschool education at an affordable cost. Our highly qualified staff is dedicated to showing each child the love of God, and assisting families in raising their children in an atmosphere of love and acceptance. All of our staff have many years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education.

At Resurrection Preschool, children are given the autonomy to make many choices throughout their day. Numerous fine and gross motor activities are available on a daily basis. We incorporate diverse learning experiences to prepare the children for the Poway Unified School District.
Meet Our Director
Ms. Nellie has a passion for teaching and a caring heart for each child. She has worked as a director of schools for almost twenty years and continues to love and expand her expertise in this field. She has been the director and private school principal of both church related and secular schools, preschool through third grade with 120 students enrolled. Ms. Nellie enjoys helping and being a part of the lives of children and their families. Her experience coupled with her talents, provide a broad platform for the success of each child.
